Für unseren Kunden aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung in Bern, suchen für ein Umsetzungsprojekt einer digitalen Lösung im Bereich Steuern, eine Senior Projektleitung
01Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Reporting des Projekts nach HERMES
- Sicherstellung der Integration von Business-, Fach- und IT-Anforderungen
- Abstimmung mit Auftraggeber, Business Owner, Product Ownern und externen Partnern
- Etablierung und laufende Pflege einer Projektorganisation mit klaren Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Sicherstellung der Einbindung der Fachbereiche
- Überwachung von Qualität, Kosten, Terminen und Risiken
- Sicherstellung eines regelmässigen, adressatengerechten Reportings (PAS, GL, Steuerungsgremien)
- Planung und Koordination der Abnahme- und Einführungsphase inkl. Test und Schulung
- Sicherstellung der Übergabe an Betrieb und Support
02Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer ICT-Vorhaben im öffentlichen Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in hybriden Projekten (Kombination von HERMES und agilen Methoden)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Stakeholder- und Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams (Fachbereiche, externe Partner, IT)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung im Reporting auf GL-/strategischer Ebene
- Erfahrung im Bereich Steuern von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Deutsch
