01Aufgaben
- Beratung der Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in sämtlichen Anfragen betreffend Payroll und HR
- Selbstständige Verarbeitung des monatlichen Lohnlaufs
- Abwicklung des Sozialversicherungsmanagement
- Verantwortlich für die Abwicklung sämtlicher Prozesse entlang des Employee-Lifecycles
- Unterstützung bei der Zeiterfassung
- Mitarbeit in der Rekrutierung
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Prozesse
02Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll und/oder Personal
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Muttersprache Deutsch, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SwissSalary)
- Sie sind eine dienstleistungsorientierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und genauen Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über eine vernetzte Denkweise und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie über Zahlenflair
