Für die Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen Data-Warehouse-Landschaft bei einem unserer Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Business Analyst Data Warehouse. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Analyse und Spezifikation von generischen Datenobjekten, Kennzahlen und fachlichen Anforderungen bis auf Umsetzungsniveau. Du bewegst dich sicher in komplexen Datenmodellen, überführst fachliche Anforderungen in generische Datenstrukturen und sorgst dafür, dass die Lösungen nachhaltig, wiederverwendbar und architekturkonform gestaltet sind.
01Aufgaben
Analyse und Spezifikation generischer Datenobjekte, Kennzahlen und fachlicher Anforderungen bis auf Umsetzungsniveau
Überführung fachlicher Anforderungen in generische, wiederverwendbare Datenstrukturen
Erarbeitung fachlicher und technischer Konzepte für die Weiterentwicklung der Data-Warehouse-Landschaft
Durchführung eigenständiger Datenanalysen mittels SQL zur Validierung von Anforderungen und Lösungsansätzen
Sicherstellung nachhaltiger, wiederverwendbarer und architekturkonformer Lösungen in Abstimmung mit der Architektur
Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Architekten und Entwicklern sowie Schaffung einer gemeinsamen Sicht auf fachliche und technische Lösungsansätze
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Data-Warehouse- oder Analytics-Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering und in der Datenmodellierung
Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, Datenanalysen selbstständig durchzuführen
Erfahrung in der Definition von Kennzahlen sowie in der fachlichen Spezifikation von Datenobjekten
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohes Abstraktionsvermögen
Sicheres Stakeholder-Management und adressatengerechte Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Fachbereichen, Architektur und Entwicklung
Banking-Erfahrung von Vorteil
