01Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Messprogrammen für 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen (PC-DMIS, Calypso, WinWerth, Keyence)
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Prüfplänen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Prüf- und Messmethoden
- Bemusterung von Prototypen und Erstellung von Erstmusterprüfberichten
- Durchführung statistischer Auswertungen, Messsystemanalysen
- Durchführung von Fehlerursachenanalysen und Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmassnahmen
02Qualifikation
- Technische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung in der Messtechnik
- Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Messmaschinen und der Qualitätssicherung
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Hands-on Mentalität, Freude am Kontakt mit internen und externen Kunden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse
