01Bauingenieur:in, Ihre Expertise für wegweisende Projekte
Im Auftrag eines renommierten, unabhängigen Ingenieurunternehmens suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die mit Fachwissen und Leidenschaft anspruchsvolle Projekte erfolgreich umsetzt.
02Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Tief- und Strassenbau sowie im Bereich Kiesabbau
- Begleitung der Projekte in allen Phasen, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
- Durchführung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrollen
- Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und aktive Mitwirkung bei der Akquise
- Unterstützung des Verkaufs und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
03Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Tiefbau
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Unternehmerisches Denken gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten und motivierenden Persönlichkeit
- Freude an Teamarbeit und der Gestaltung nachhaltiger Projekte
