01Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Backend-Lösungen mit Java / Jakarta EE
- Arbeit mit Kubernetes und modernen DevOps-Praktiken
- Analyse und Design von technischen sowie fachlichen Anforderungen
- Anwendung von Domain Driven Design (DDD) und BPMN
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und interdisziplinären Teams
- Aktive Auseinandersetzung mit der Fachlichkeit und den Geschäftsprozessen
- Mitarbeit in einem Lean-Agile-Umfeld nach SAFe
02Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Backend-Softwareentwicklung mit Java / Jakarta EE
- Gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes und DevOps
- Erfahrung mit Domain Driven Design (DDD) und BPMN
- Freude an interdisziplinären Analysen und technischem Design
- Bereitschaft, sich intensiv in neue fachliche Themen und Geschäftsprozesse einzuarbeiten
- Angular / Frontend-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Ruhe und Gelassenheit auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und ein gelebtes Lean-Agile-Mindset
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
