02Your role and impact

• Campaigns: Design, execute and optimise digital campaigns across search, paid social, email and other channels.

• B2C and B2B: Identify target audiences, test channels and messaging, and scale successful approaches.

• Sales Alignment: Sharpen messaging together with Sales and improve lead quality and handover.

• CRM & Automation: Build CRM structures, workflows, lead nurturing and follow-up sequences.

• Data & Conversion: Define KPIs, analyse and test funnels and landing pages, create reports and turn insights into action.

• Scaling: Leverage digital tools and AI to reduce manual work.

03Our ideal candidate

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, as well as in marketing automation.

• You are a data-driven pragmatist: you run campaigns yourself, base your decisions on data and favour fast, measurable results over perfect plans.

• You have a growth hacker mindset: you run rapid experiments, find unconventional ways to acquire customers and scale what works.

• You are familiar with CRM and automation tools and understand how marketing translates into revenue.

• You are hands-on and structured and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

• You communicate confidently in German and English. French is a plus.

• Nice to have: Experience in building B2C marketing, knowledge of web analytics and attribution, and an interest in renewable energy.

You don't need to meet every requirement. What matters most is analytical thinking, a strong ability to execute and the ambition to align marketing with measurable results.

04Your first months at enshift AG

In your first months, you will analyze existing acquisition channels and set up your initial testing framework for both B2B and B2C campaigns. You will ship your first batch of conversion experiments on the digital platform and collaborate across teams to refine our messaging for renewable energy solutions. By the end of this period, you will have established a steady cadence of testing and data-driven optimization to scale user acquisition.
