Den framgångsrika stenspecialisten Stenbolaget söker en butikschef till deras butik i Norrköping.
Vi letar efter dig som vill leda teamet, vara frontfigur och samtidigt arbeta med försäljning dagligen.
Har du dessutom tidigare erfarenhet från b2b försäljning inom byggbranschen så är detta rätt roll för dig.

02Dina arbetsuppgifter
• Försäljning av stenprodukter till deras kunder, både privat och proffskunder.
• Ansvara för butikens drift samt schemaläggning
• Arbeta med tydliga försäljningsmål
• Arbeta med företagets lager och logistik
• Inspirera, följa upp och coacha dina kollegor inom försäljning och kundbemötande
03Din profil
• Har sålt till företagskunder inom byggbranschen tidigare
• Tidigare erfarenhet av lager & logistik
• Tidigare erfarenhet av ledarskap
• Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
Det viktigaste är din personlighet och att du gillar försäljning inom bygg/bygghandel, resten lär du dig hos dem.

Stenbolaget säljer och producerar marksten, murar, plattor, natursten och mycket mer. Deras kunder är både privat- och proffskunder, vilket gör att kundmötena är mycket varierande. De är störst i Sverige inom deras bransch och nu tar de nästa steg på vår resa!
