About the role

01The Role

The UK is Lyrebird's most important new market, and you'll own how we show up in it. You'll co-develop Lyrebird's brand strategy and lead its rollout across the UK, covering media, communications, campaigns, research, partnerships, agency and budget management, and the brand measurement that proves it's working. You'll also own the creative bar for everything Lyrebird makes globally. That means the taste and quality of the work, plus the operations, agencies and systems that let in-house and external teams produce world-class creative at pace. This is a senior leadership hire at a foundational moment: you'll shape how Lyrebird looks, sounds and feels as it scales.

This role suits someone who moves easily between thinking about the brand and the category and caring about the quality of a single frame. You'll enjoy setting strategy in one meeting and art-directing in the next. You get as much energy from building the system behind great work as from making it, and you can hold a room of executives as comfortably as a room of creatives. If you want real influence over business outcomes and a brand you can call your own, you'll feel at home here.

02About Us

Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. We're building the medical intelligence layer for modern healthcare: a clinical AI platform that combines ambient real-time documentation, intelligent document management, clinical workflow automation, native patient data integrations across siloed health systems, and a communications layer that keeps clinicians and patients connected.

Thousands of clinicians across multiple disciplines use Lyrebird every day in environments where accuracy, safety, and time matter deeply. We give clinicians richer patient information at the right moment and lighten their mental load during consults, so they can focus on delivering better care. Everything we build is grounded in earning trust, reducing cognitive load, and delivering meaningful impact at scale.

03What you'll do

  • Co-own Lyrebird's brand strategy and lead its UK rollout. This covers positioning, media, communications and campaigns that grow brand preference and trust among UK clinicians and healthcare professionals.

  • Set and hold the creative quality and taste bar for everything Lyrebird makes globally, whether it's made in-house or by agencies.

  • Build the creative engine: the operations, workflows, playbooks and systems that let in-house and external teams produce world-class work at volume and pace.

  • Select, brief and manage creative and media agencies to a high standard, and decide what we build in-house and what we outsource.

  • Design and own a brand measurement framework for a clinical audience, and report on brand health against clear goals.

  • Shape the research and partnerships agenda that helps build the medical AI category the right way.

  • Work closely with growth, retention, product marketing, our clinical team, product and engineering, analytics, sales, customer success and our founders, so the brand holds together across every touchpoint.

04What you'll bring

  • Senior experience leading brand strategy and creative output, either at an agency or in-house at a growth-stage company, and a body of work you're proud of.

  • A high creative bar. You set the standard, art-direct, and give sharp direction that lifts the quality of a team's work.

  • Operational brand media depth: planning, buying and optimising integrated campaigns across digital, OOH, streaming audio, social, professional media partnerships, conference sponsorships and sponsored content.

  • Creative operations and agency leadership. You've built the systems and managed the partners that let great work ship at pace.

  • An audience-first instinct backed by analytical rigour. You turn insight about a professional audience into positioning, media and creative that resonate, and you're comfortable with brand measurement, including brand lift and incrementality.

  • Strong leadership and communication, and an AI-native approach. You build and develop talent, and you use AI across creative development, planning, research and reporting.

05Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical audience channels, such as medical associations, clinical publications and conference media.

  • Experience in the UK or NHS healthcare market.

  • Comfort with dashboards and marketing measurement tools such as Tableau, Sigma or Looker, and with marketing mix modelling or incrementality studies.

The work you do here will shape how clinicians first come to know and trust Lyrebird, and that trust is what lets them bring it into the care they give. The stronger the brand and the work, the more clinicians reach for Lyrebird, and the more patients feel the difference.

We're building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you're from an underrepresented background in tech, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement.
