Für unseren Kunden in Bern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Senior IT-Projektleiter:in (20%, Remote).
01Deine Aufgaben
- Beurteilung, Einschätzung und Triage von Kundenanfragen
- Erstellung von Aufwandschätzungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Angeboten (Offerten)
- Projektplanung sowie Koordination zwischen Kunden und Entwicklungsteam
- Überwachung der Umsetzung von Anpassungen und Weiterentwicklungen
- Durchführung von Tests auf Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen bei grösseren Änderungen
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auslieferung und Implementierung von Softwarepaketen
- Dokumentation der umgesetzten Anpassungen und Projektergebnisse
- Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen, Bugfixing und Qualitätssicherung
- Begleitung der Kundenabnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
02Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten und im Kundenmanagement
- Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und Release-Management
- Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen zu analysieren und in konkrete Projektaufträge zu überführen
- Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Organisationsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
