01Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Verantwortung für Materialstammdaten, Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne und Arbeitsplätze über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität bei Produktneueinführungen, Ausläufen und Änderungen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Stammdatenprozessen und Standards
- Übernahme der Key-User-Rolle für relevante Stammdatenprozesse und Systeme
- Analyse und Behebung von Stammdatenfehlern sowie Koordination von Korrekturmassnahmen
- Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen und Systemprojekten
- Erstellung und Pflege von Prozess- und Schulungsdokumentationen
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Wissenstransfer
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Finance, R&D, IT und weiteren Fachbereichen
02Dein Profil
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP MM und PP sowie Materialstammdaten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3, ECC oder S/4HANA
- Erfahrung mit Datenmigrationen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in PLM- und MES-Systemen von Vorteil
- SAP SD und FI/CO Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Affinität zu Datenqualität
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Priorisierungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit auch unter Zeitdruck
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Teamorientierte, kommunikative und anpassungsfähige Persönlichkeit
