Als voorman groen stuur je een ploeg van 4 tot 6 groenmedewerkers aan bij het onderhouden van gemeentelijk groen in Almere. Je werkt actief mee met het team en bent vooral verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, coaching en begeleiding van je collega’s.
