Information Technology Specialist (APPSW/SYSANALYSIS)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Leading cross-functional teams to define software processes, establish project structures, align strategic objectives, and delegate tasking effectively; 2) Defining operational testing programs, and authoring user procedures and training by leveraging deep systems design expertise and user community requirements; 3) Standardizing IT applications, business processes, and data governance across an enterprise to optimize personnel and technology resources; 4) Serving as a key liaison translating functional requirements into IT solutions and process improvements, driving adoption as an enterprise change agent; 5) Selecting, adapting, and applying advanced project management methodologies to streamline software development lifecycles; 6) Synthesizing complex data to present and defend high-impact, strategic recommendations for enterprise business process modernization to senior leadership.
