FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Appropriating fund management; Preparing obligation/expenditure plans, evaluating actuals and variances against plans; Analyzing impacts of funding shortfalls and year of execution adjustments; Maintaining receipt, tracking and disposition of funding documents; and Preparing reports, charts, graphs and other presentation materials for high level presentations and briefings.

You will perform comprehensive financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations for organizational programs and activities.,You will conduct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations.,You will perform comprehensive financial studies, including cost-benefit analyses and evaluations of alternative funding strategies.,You will apply accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational financial information, particularly in response to evolving guidelines for the work.,You will perform complex work involving multiple accounting and financial systems to ensure audit readiness and full regulatory compliance.
