03Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring every dish reaches the right table.
• Support servers by keeping service running smoothly and efficiently during busy shifts.
• Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, glassware, ice, and other bar essentials.
• Keep the bar, service areas, and stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Help with setting up and closing down service areas.
• Clear tables, collect glassware, and assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

04What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a runner, barback, or in a similar restaurant or bar role is an advantage, but not essential.
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• The ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who takes initiative and is always ready to lend a hand.
• Good communication skills and a service-minded approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts.
• Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.
