02Deine Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud-Infrastruktur (AWS, teils Azure) in Enterprise- und regulierten Umgebungen
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD-Pipelines, Container (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Cloud-Architektur mitgestalten, Kosten, Security, Skalierung
- Automatisierung, Monitoring/Observability, Troubleshooting zeitkritischer Vorfälle
- DevOps-Kultur: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Dev-Teams, Security und Product Ownern
- Produktiv mit AI-Tools entwickeln (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
Die meisten kommen ein bis zwei Tage die Woche in eins der Büros. Zwang ist keiner. Beim Kunden vor Ort nur für einzelne Termine alle paar Wochen, meist in Frankfurt am Main.
03Wo du landest
Je nach Projekt: Großkonzerne wie Deutsche Bahn / DB Systel, öffentlicher Sektor (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, ITZBund, Bundesdruckerei) sowie Enterprise- und Mittelstands-Kunden, jeweils die Cloud- und Plattform-Themen.
Unsere Kunden besetzen diese Projekte fast nur mit Festangestellten. Deshalb suchen wir dich in Festanstellung.
04Was du mitbringst
Senior-Level. Unsere Kunden brauchen Leute, die ab Tag eins liefern und eigenständig arbeiten.
- AWS in der Tiefe, Architektur und Betrieb (idealerweise AWS-Zertifizierung: Solutions Architect oder DevOps Engineer)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (oder CloudFormation), Docker, Kubernetes oder OpenShift
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI oder GitHub Actions; Git, agiles Arbeiten
- Linux sowie Netzwerk- und Security-Grundlagen
- Scripting: Python, Bash oder Go
Von Vorteil: IAM (One Identity, Keycloak), Cloud Security, Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), Apache Kafka, Azure oder GCP, Go für Plattform-Tooling, Event-driven Architekturen, GitOps (ArgoCD), AWS-Kostenoptimierung.
Du musst nicht alles können. Wichtig ist, dass du dich schnell in neue Umgebungen reinfindest. Deutsch auf C1-Niveau oder höher.
05AI-Tools sind Pflicht, kein Bonus
Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor: Damit musst du produktiv arbeiten können. Nicht weil wir hip sein wollen, sondern weil unsere Kunden das erwarten und wir auch so arbeiten. Wenn du AI-Tools für einen Hype hältst und lieber alles selbst tippst: falsche Firma. Intern investieren wir in deine AI-Skills.
