01Über EYKÄR
EYKÄR ist eine junge Marke für Nahrungsergänzung rund um die Augengesundheit, entstanden aus mehr als 15 Jahren Erfahrung einer auf Augenerkrankungen spezialisierten Praxis. Wir wachsen über Inhalte: Magazin, Newsletter, Social Media und Performance-Kampagnen. Das ganze Team arbeitet mit einem gemeinsamen KI-Framework. Für unser Design suchen wir jemanden, für den Gestaltung und generative KI selbstverständlich zusammengehören.
02Deine Aufgaben
Du gestaltest Creatives für Social Media und Performance-Kampagnen (Meta, Google), inklusive Formatvarianten für Creative-Tests.
Du produzierst mit generativer Bild- und Video-KI (z. B. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) Stimmungsbilder, Hintergründe, Freisteller und kurze Videos.
Du unterstützt bei den Visuals für unsere Newsletter und E-Mail-Strecken in Klaviyo, inklusive Varianten für Mobile und Dark Mode.
Du gestaltest das Layout unserer E-Books und Design-Assets für unsere Landingpages.
Du baust eine Prompt-Bibliothek auf und dokumentierst deine KI-Workflows so, dass das ganze Team sie nachnutzen kann.

03Das bringst du mit
Du studierst Design, Medien oder etwas Vergleichbares.
Du hast Praxis mit generativer Bild-KI. Zeig sie uns im Portfolio, gern mit einer kurzen Beschreibung deines Workflows.
Du gehst sicher mit KI-Assistenten wie Claude oder ChatGPT um.
Du schaust kritisch auf KI-Ergebnisse und erkennst Bildfehler, Stilbrüche und rechtliche Grenzen.
Du hast erste Erfahrung im Grafikdesign und arbeitest sicher mit Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma oder Canva.
Du hast ein Gespür für Bildsprache, Typografie und Markenkonsistenz.
Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit E-Mail-Design (idealerweise Klaviyo), mit KI-Videotools und Videoschnitt sowie Interesse an Gesundheitsthemen.
04Deine ersten Monate bei EYKÄR
Zum Start lernst du unsere Markenwelt, die CI-Regeln, unseren Tech-Stack und unser KI-Framework kennen. Danach arbeitest du direkt an laufenden Kampagnen mit, in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung, unserem Text- und Performance-Team und unserem Social-Media-Team. Am Ende deines Praktikums stehen ein abgestimmter KI-Bildleitfaden und eine Prompt-Bibliothek, mit denen das Team täglich arbeitet.
05Rahmen
Pflichtpraktikum (bevorzugt) für 6 Monate, alternativ ein freiwilliges Praktikum bis 3 Monate.
Start so bald wie möglich.
Hybrid: teils im TechQuartier Frankfurt nahe dem Messeturm, teils im Homeoffice.
