Als Senior Referent*in im Accounting übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in der Bilanzierung und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounting- und Abschlussprozesse mit:
Verantwortung für das Hauptbuch sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
Erstellung von Anhang, Lagebericht, Berichten, Auswertungen und Ad-hoc-Analysen
Eigenständige bilanzielle Würdigung von Geschäftsvorfällen und Verträgen sowie Beurteilung möglicher bilanzieller Risiken
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Betriebsprüfer sowie Koordination und Bearbeitung fachlicher Anfragen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bilanzierungs- und Buchungsvorgaben, Dokumentations- und Compliance-Anforderungen sowie Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in Buchhaltungs-, Abschluss- und Unternehmensprozessen unter Anwendung Deiner HGB- und IFRS-Expertise
Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK), betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzierung, Finanzbuchhaltung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Energiesektor
Hohe Affinität zu KI und Digitalisierung
Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Accounting-Prozessen sowie in der Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI/CO und MS Office
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere bei komplexen fachlichen Themen
