01Aufgaben
Du gewinnst gezielt neue Kund:innen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel (LEH) und treibst unsere Präsenz im Markt weiter voran
Du betreust und entwickelst bestehende B2B-Partnerschaften weiter, telefonisch, per Mail und im Außendienst
Du führst regelmäßige Marktbesuche durch, um Sichtbarkeit, Präsentation und Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte sicherzustellen
Du unterstützt unser Key Account Management bei der Betreuung umsatzstarker Kund:innen, inklusive Planung von Aktionen, Platzierungen und Handelsabstimmungen
Du planst und begleitest unsere Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenevents mit B2B-Fokus
02Qualifikation
Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, BWL, o. Ä. absolviert
Du hast 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sales LEH (Lebensmitteleinzelhandel), z.B. Edeka, Rewe, etc.
Du hast bereits mit CRM Programmen gearbeitet und findest dich dort schnell zurecht
Du hast ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten, bist sprachgewandt und ausdrucksstark
Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aus
Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Empathie sind deine Stärken
Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und denkst in Lösungen, nicht in Problemen
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) - Level C1
Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein
