01THIS IS THE JOB

At everdrop we are creating innovative, plastic-free household and personal care essentials, that prove that sustainability, performance, and outstanding aesthetics go hand in hand. Our design team shapes every single touchpoint of the brand - from retail packaging on the shelves to digital campaigns. As a Working Student in our Design Team, you will be deeply integrated into our creative process. You’ll help bring visual concepts to life and ensure flawless execution across print and digital platforms.

As Working Student Graphic / 3D Design (m/f/d) these will be your tasks:

  • Support the development and execution of visual assets for all brand channels, from initial concepts to final artwork.

  • Assist in creating 3D renderings, product mockups, and visualizations for presentations and marketing purposes.

  • Help prepare print-ready artwork and ensure technical accuracy throughout the prepress process

02DAS BIST DU

If you are passionately committed to sustainability and highly motivated to make the world a little cleaner with us, then we think you are really great! If you also like to work proactively and in a team, and you see every small and large challenge as an opportunity to get even better, then we are already a little bit smitten. Finally, if you also have the following skills and experience, we are almost certain: This could be the start of a great love story!

  • Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field, with initial practical experience in graphic design, pre-press/print design, and 3D rendering.

  • Fluent in German or very good English skills (C1 Level), based in the Munich area with the ability to work on-site at least once a week, and available for 16-20 hours/week (full-time optional between semesters).

  • You are confident in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), have an eye for typography, composition, colors, and materials, and a solid understanding of packaging design and print-ready prepress files.

  • Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software (e.g., Blender) is a strong plus.

  • An organized, structured natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills who stays calm and keeps the overview during stressful phases.

  • Ideally you bring an understanding of German culture, lifestyle, and e-commerce.

03Our Mission 💚🌱🌎

We want to change the world, together with you! everdrop's everyday products help people easily reduce their ecological footprint in the household. We started with our cleaning tabs in 2020. Since then, our household and personal care products have already saved more than 20 million single-use plastic bottles and thousands of tons of unnecessary CO2 emissions and chemical raw materials. By the way, we have been a certified B Corp since 2023. And with your help, we want to take everdrop to the next level. Join our mission, and help us make a sustainable lifestyle so easy that it becomes the new standard in our society.

04Our Benefits 🍲💪🏡

  • varied, meaningful, and purpose-driven work

  • great team spirit and regular team events

  • a beautiful, bright, spacious office near the Isar

  • an outdoor fitness facility next to the office (can be used anytime)

  • a monthly voucher for everdrop products in our employee shop

  • Family and Friends discount codes for everdrop and other Startups for Tomorrow companies

  • Membership with FutureBens & Corporate Benefits

  • flexible working hours

  • an additional 2 days paid vacation per year for your own environmental or charitable projects ("Green & Social Impact Days")

  • your own MacBook, as long as you work at everdrop

05Our values 💛🏳️‍🌈🤝‍

At everdrop, we want to live a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities. The commitment to making the world a little better is part of our daily actions. Above all, we want to promote awareness for our planet and for other people.

One example of how we want to create awareness in the workplace: Menstruating colleagues who suffer from pain can easily take one or more "Power Days", which are additional paid days off. And this without questions, without justification. Another example: Our "Green & Social Impact Days" are two additional paid days off per year that you can dedicate to your own projects for the environment or for your community. We also try to be as mindful as possible in our hiring process.

We treat every person equally, regardless of origin, gender, religion, age, appearance, language, culture, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, or physical disability.

We are certainly not perfect, but we want to get better every day and learn something new with every step. That's what every journey is all about. Are you coming along?
