01Einleitung
Sie suchen einen Job als Serviceberater oder Serviceassistenz im Autohaus in Hamburg, Elmshorn oder im Raum Lüneburg? Zur Verstärkung der Serviceteams in Markenbetrieben suchen wir kommunikationsstarke Fachkräfte in Vollzeit, die Kundinnen und Kunden von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe begleiten, unbefristet und mit attraktiver Vergütung.
02Aufgaben
Kundenbetreuung von der Dialogannahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe
Beratung zu Serviceleistungen, Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten, Rechnungserläuterung
Terminierung und Koordination zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt
Als Serviceassistenz (m/w/d): Auftragsabwicklung und kaufmännische Unterstützung der Serviceteams
03Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Automobilbereich, Zertifizierung zum Serviceberater wünschenswert, alternativ kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
Erfahrung in der serviceorientierten Kundenberatung, bei Serviceassistenz auch Einstieg möglich
Deutschkenntnisse fließend
Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten und Organisationstalent
