In dieser Position als ISMS Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheit und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Sicherheitsmanagements. Sie begleiten die ISO-27001-Zertifizierung, bewerten Risiken und beraten die Geschäftsleitung bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen. Dabei verbinden Sie konzeptionelle Arbeit mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität und sorgen dafür, dass Sicherheitsanforderungen im Arbeitsalltag wirksam umgesetzt werden.

01Ihre Aufgaben
Sie verantworten den laufenden Betrieb des ISMS, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und entwickeln bestehende Sicherheitsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter
Bei komplexen IT- und Sicherheitsthemen analysieren Sie technische Zusammenhänge, bewerten potenzielle Bedrohungen und leiten geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen ab
Mit Ihrer Expertise in ISO 27001 und BSI-Grundschutz gestalten Sie Sicherheitsrichtlinien, überprüfen deren Umsetzung und stellen die Einhaltung relevanter Vorgaben sicher
Sie planen interne Audits, koordinieren notwendige Maßnahmen zur Zertifizierung und begleiten die Vorbereitung auf externe Prüfungen
Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie die Geschäftsleitung, IT-Fachbereiche und externe Dienstleister zu Informationssicherheit, Risikomanagement und Compliance
Sie entwickeln Notfallkonzepte weiter, organisieren regelmäßige Übungen und überprüfen die Wirksamkeit bestehender Wiederherstellungs- und Reaktionsprozesse
