Senior Specialist Retail Concept & Execution

01Impact You’ll Make

• Strengthen shopper engagement and growth through a consistent multi-category visibility approach.
• Improve conversion and consumer experience through scalable solutions based on customer needs, shopper insights and data.
• Set new standards for retail execution across communication, electronic displays, fittings, furniture, and in-store settings.

02What You’ll Do

• Own the Perfect Store framework and transparency strategy across five categories and indirect retail channels.
• Develop and optimize scalable concepts across retail communication, digital screens, displays, furniture and selected full-store build-outs.
• Improve Perfect Store guidelines, sell-in materials and execution tools, crafting practical build sketches and communication when needed.
• Lead store-opening and deployment models and pilots through implementation, validation and scale-up.
• Define transparency standards and measurement frameworks, using OPEN and internal measurement tool (REEV) for training, activation, follow-up and continuous improvement.
• Partner with customers, Sales and Key Account teams to co-create solutions that translate commercial priorities into strong in-store experiences.
• Manage project budgets and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and build partners to deliver to agreed standards.

03Skills & Capabilities

• Around 5 years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, category management, retail development or a similar commercial role.
• Experience across retail messaging, electronic signage, product showcases, fixtures and store environments, from concept to scale-up.
• Proficiency in SketchUp Pro or equivalent, with the ability to compose practical build sketches and vendor briefs.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to build and adapt guidelines and sell-in materials.
• Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and retail environments, demonstrating skill in converting data and insights into action.
• Experience developing retail critical metrics, measurement frameworks or follow-up methods.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across functions and external partners.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Supplier relationships within retail furniture, displays or production solutions are an advantage.
