  • Collaborate in developing robust business cases for prioritized opportunities, including strategic rationale, valuation logic, synergy assumptions, risks, investment requirements, and integration implications.
  • Prepare decision material for senior management and governance forums, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations and decision points.
  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, test scenarios, and ensure that business cases are grounded in realistic value-creation plans.
  • Support transaction planning and execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring timely preparation of analyses, materials, and management recommendations.
  • Track integration risks, dependencies, and value-capture progress during the initial integration period, escalating key issues and proposing corrective actions where needed

03You are

  • financially and commercially minded, comfortable developing business cases and evaluating value-creation opportunities.
  • curious about markets and businesses, with a strong interest in identifying and assessing growth and M&A opportunities.
  • a clear communicator, able to turn complex analyses into simple insights, recommendations, and decision material.
  • well organized and delivery-focused, able to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • proactive and accountable, taking ownership and moving work forward with limited supervision.
  • constructively challenging, comfortable questioning assumptions while remaining pragmatic and solution-oriented.
  • collaborative and low-ego, building effective relationships across functions, seniority levels, and external partners.
  • comfortable with ambiguity, able to create structure and maintain momentum when not all answers are available.
  • detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind, connecting analysis and execution to strategic value creation.

You share our values - Openness, Holistic view, Drive - and our promise of taking responsibility from Field to Fork.
