Senior Product Designer

01LONDON / PRODUCT & DESIGN / FULL-TIME

Theodo UK builds digital products with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers embedded directly with clients. Until now, design support mostly came from other entities in the Theodo group.

As our UK projects grow in complexity and ambition, we want to build stronger design capability locally. And for that, we are looking for our first Senior Product Designer in the UK.

Someone hands-on enough to solve real product problems day-to-day, but also able to help shape how design evolves inside the business.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team, product teams and engineers to design digital products, facilitate discovery work, support pitches and improve how teams build products together. This is a highly visible role.

You will help clients solve complex UX and UI challenges while also helping Theodo UK grow its design capability internally.

02What You’ll Work On

At Theodo UK, designers are not isolated from delivery.

You’ll work inside cross-functional product teams alongside engineers and product managers to:

  • Solve UX and UI challenges on digital products
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and product discussions
  • Translate business problems into user-centred experiences
  • Design interfaces that are pragmatic, scalable and implementation-ready
  • Contribute to pitches, prototypes and strategic client conversations
  • Help teams make better product decisions

Projects can range from:

  • Early-stage MVPs
  • Scaleup product redesigns
  • Internal operational tools
  • Mobile applications
  • Complex B2B platforms
  • Discovery and innovation work

You’ll also help improve how design is embedded within Theodo UK itself.

As our first UK-based Senior Product Designer, you’ll help raise the quality and consistency of design across projects, contribute to sales conversations, and help shape the future of design within the business.

03About you

  • 5 years of product, UX, or enterprise software design experience.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments.
  • You enjoy fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly and where people are encouraged to contribute beyond their immediate role.
  • You are excited by the idea of joining a company where design is still growing and where you can have real impact.
  • Experience designing complex workflow-based applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating business impact and product thinking.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design, generative AI, copilots, or agent-based experiences.
  • It is a strong plus if you are from a digital consultancy and have worked in cross-functional agile delivery environments

04What We Offer

  • 25 Days annual leave
  • Learning and Development support throughout your career at Theodo
  • Private Health Insurance via Vitality
  • 3 week work from anywhere policy
  • Equipment budget for your tech set up
  • Company pension
  • Monthly Socials
  • A Slack network of 700+ “Theodoers” across our extended ecosystem, ask questions, share patterns, or troubleshoot obscure challenges with some of the sharpest minds out there
  • A hybrid working model, with offices based in London
