DTA is responsible for servicing clients with best-in-class data solutions, data strategy, analytics, technology and AI solutions to drive client growth. 03Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Director of Global Client Enablement to drive adoption, scale and measurable value from WPP Open across a portfolio of global client accounts hubbed in France. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value from our platform and DTA services.
You will be responsible for assessing adoption, identifying opportunities and blockers, and coordinating prioritised adoption plans, ensuring that client teams are trained and supported, and that feedback loops are established to continuously improve the client and user experience. You will work alongside regional and global enablement leaders to ensure your cluster’s enablement efforts align with WPP Media’s broader business objectives (Keep, Grow, Win).
04What you’ll do
- Client-team adoption:
- Manage enablement programs for two key global client accounts within the French hub.
- Assess adoption maturity, client priorities and use cases.
- Identify opportunities and blockers and create clear, prioritised adoption plans.
- Ensure client teams are onboarded effectively and supported through adoption of WPP Open, including relevant media tools, Agent Hub and Open Intelligence. Partner with account teams to expand product usage and deliver measurable business impact.
- Hands-on enablement delivery:
- Deliver tailored product walkthroughs, demos and training, supported by practical guidance and best practice.
- Coordinate change-management activity that helps client teams move to WPP Open-enabled workflows, embeds new ways of working and sustains day-to-day adoption.
- Collaboration & coordination:
- Act as the primary enablement contact for the client portfolio, coordinating the adoption journey across client, account, regional, Product, Data and Analytics teams.
- Establish clear owners and follow-through for actions, maintain feedback loops, share learning across accounts and markets, and consolidate client evidence to inform product and roadmap priorities.
- Cross-functional enablement:
- Coordinate relevant cross-studio workstreams, pilots and joint initiatives across Media, Creative, Production, Commerce and other WPP capabilities.
- Surface, document and route product, data or technical blockers to the appropriate specialist teams, track progress and maintain alignment through resolution without assuming specialist delivery ownership.
- Performance tracking & reporting:
- Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
- Evidence measurable client value, identify trends and gaps, reassess adoption maturity and adjust priorities and adoption plans with regional Enablement leadership.
- Support for growth & retention:
- Identify opportunities for deeper adoption, optimisation and new WPP Open use cases that create measurable client value and support growth and retention.
- Contribute to pitches where relevant, and develop enablement materials, case studies and success stories that evidence impact and can be reused across clients.
The role coordinates enablement and adoption; technical deployment, configuration, integration and specialist delivery remain with the relevant Product and capability teams.
05Skills and Experience
- Experience in client enablement, customer success, change management or training within a technology or data-driven organisation.
- Strong understanding of technology and AI-enabled platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not required.
