02Deine Aufgaben
Social-Media-Strategien für unsere Kund:innen entwickeln und eigenständig umsetzen
Content für verschiedene Plattformen konzipieren und erstellen (Bild, Text, Story), passend zu CI/CD der jeweiligen Kund:innen
Events und saisonale Aktionen mitplanen und begleiten
Social-Media-Kanäle und -Kampagnen steuern und laufend überwachen
Daten und KPIs auswerten, um Wirkung zu messen und Strategien zu schärfen
Projekte, Foto-/Video-Shootings und Abgabetermine eng mit dem Projektmanagement abstimmen
Die Customer Journey mitdenken und aktiv Ideen in unsere Creative Meetings einbringen
03Must-have
Mehrjährige oder erste einschlägige Erfahrung im Agentur- bzw. Social-Media-Umfeld
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit, hoher Qualitätsanspruch und eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen und Planungstools
Wohnort in der Nähe von Viersen-Süchteln bzw. Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Präsenz vor Ort
04Nice-to-have
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Video-Schnitt (Premiere Pro/Final Cut)
Grundverständnis angrenzender Marketingbereiche (E-Mail-Marketing, SEO/SEA)
Gespür für aktuelle Design- und Social-Media-Trends
