Ihre Aufgaben
• Konfiguration und Parametrisierung von Marketingkampagnen und Sales Stories in BSI
• Modellierung von Zielgruppen, Selektionen, Triggern und Kampagnenlogiken
• Übersetzung fachlicher Marketinganforderungen in BSI-Modelle und Prozesse
• Nutzung und Verknüpfung von Kunden- und CRM-Daten für eine zielgerichtete Kundenansprache
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, CRM, Data und IT
Muss-Anforderungen
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit der BSI Customer Suite, insbesondere mit BSI Marketing und BSI Sales Stories, idealerweise Erfahrung im Banking / Financial Services
• Erfahrung in der Kampagnenmodellierung und Parametrisierung
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Kundendaten, Segmentierung und CRM-Prozessen
• Analytisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen technisch abzubilden
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
