02Du bist
begeistert von Elektromobilität und 100 % energiegeladen? Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und eigenständig und hast Freude an Zahlen und Auswertungen? Du möchtest dafür sorgen, dass Einkaufsentscheidungen auf belastbaren Zahlen beruhen? Du hast Spaß daran, neue Strukturen, Prozesse und Kennzahlen für die Steuerung des Einkaufs aufzubauen?
Dann steig ein und werde Teil des TankE Teams als Werkstudent/in (m/w/d) im Bereich Einkauf.
03Aufgaben
Aufbau und Pflege unseres Einkaufscontrollings: Kennzahlen, Auswertungen und Reporting
Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse von Beschaffungen, Angeboten und Lieferantenkoordination
Datenaufbereitung und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in Einkaufs- und Lieferantenstammdaten
Markt- und Preisrecherche für Hardware, Dienstleistungen und Komponenten der Ladeinfrastruktur
Begleitung und Dokumentation von Verhandlungen
Operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft des Einkaufs
Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen
04Qualifikation
Du bist eingeschrieben an einer Hochschule oder Universität
Bereitschaft dich in einen neuen Markt einzuarbeiten und diesen Markt mitzugestalten
Sicherer Umgang mit Outlook und MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Gutes Verständnis für technische und digitale Lösungen
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und VBA von Vorteil
Eigenständige Arbeitsweise (im agilen Team), Kreativität und Lernbereitschaft
