Are you eager to influence the future direction of Arla Foods? Do you envision yourself as a future leader?

01How will you make an impact?

The Arla F15 Graduate Programme is a two-year, international development programme designed for graduates who want to learn quickly, explore different areas of a global business and grow into future leadership opportunities.

Through three eight-month rotations, you will work on meaningful business projects, build an international network and develop the confidence, skills and experience to make an impact at Arla. Business areas for projects may include Marketing, Sales, HR, Strategy, Sustainability, Business Development, and Supply Chain. We will match you with a suitable department based on business needs and your profile, offering you the chance to learn and make a difference. Your F15 Graduate journey begins on 1st September 2027.

  • First rotation (8 months - Aarhus, Denmark) Based at one of our offices in Aarhus you will be assigned a strategically important project somewhere in the business.
  • Second rotation (8 months - Outside Denmark) You will have more influence over your second project assignment, which will give you the opportunity to continue growing in a meaningful way whilst adding real value to Arla.
  • Third rotation (8 months - Any Arla market) You will collaborate with the business to source potential high impact projects for your third rotation. You will have the most influence over projects during your final rotation.

02What will make you a successful F15 Graduate?

To apply for the F15 Graduate Programme, please ensure that you meet the following criteria

  • You should either be in the process of completing, or have completed, a bachelor’s or master’s degree between September 2025 and September 2027. We welcome diverse educational backgrounds but seek candidates with a strong drive towards a business-focused career.
  • International experience gained from working, studying or volunteering abroad is an advantage.
  • Preferably at least one year of relevant work experience from student jobs or a minimum of six months of internship experience.
  • You are globally mobile and willing to go on one or two rotations abroad during the two-year programme. As your first rotation is based in Aarhus, Denmark you will need to relocate unless you already reside in the local area. Arla Foods will support you with this relocation.

This programme will suit graduates who have leadership aspirations and an ambitious mindset, which combines strategic thinking with a passion for results. A global mindset is essential, as is the ability to build positive relationships and strong influencing skills. The ideal candidate should be curious, competitive, and open to change, demonstrating resilience, while also being humble, self-aware, and open to feedback.

Throughout the rotations you will receive a variety of development opportunities every step of the way. To ensure your professional and personal development, you will benefit from

  • Responsibilities from day one, enabling on-the-job learning in three different areas
  • Graduate development camps, taking place in different markets with your graduate colleagues
