Avec plusieurs coffee shops à Paris, un e-shop, une équipe passionnée et des collaborations créatives, nous développons une vision moderne du café, tournée vers l’expérience client et l’innovation.
02Vos missions au quotidien
Nous recrutons un(e) chargé(e) de marketing en alternance pour renforcer notre équipe et accompagner nos projets de développement.
Tes missions principales :
Marketing opérationnel : création et suivi des PLV / ILV, participation au lancement des menus et nouveaux produits dans nos shops
Communication & contenus : organisation des shootings photo/vidéo avec une agence (brief, planning, logistique)
Emailing & fidélisation : création de campagnes, rédaction de contenus, segmentation
Animation & modération : gestion des messages clients, réponses aux avis, suivi Google My Business
Événementiel : organisation de événements (pop-up, ateliers, presse)
E-commerce : mise à jour des fiches produits, coordination logistique si besoin et
Création des catalogues pour nos commerciaux
03Ce que nous attendons de vous
Coordination avec les agences externes (réseaux sociaux, SEO, webdesign etc..)
Autonome, responsable et structuré(e) : tu sauras gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
Force de proposition, organisé(e), rigoureux(se), créatif(ve)
Sens de l’esthétique et intérêt pour l’univers food / lifestyle / retail
Très bon niveau rédactionnel (orthographe, ton de marque)
À l’aise avec :
Canva, Google Workspace, Brevo ou équivalent.
Suite Adobe (un +).
04Votre cadre de travail
Vous profitez de boissons gratuites tout au long de la journée et bénéficiez de réductions sur l'ensemble de nos produits. Votre couverture santé est prise en charge par une mutuelle. Vos trajets en transports publics sont partiellement remboursés. Vous alternez entre présence sur site et télétravail. Vous disposez d'un ordinateur portable professionnel et d'un accompagnement en mentorat pour structurer votre apprentissage. Le cadre vestimentaire est décontracté. Vous disposez de 25 jours de congés payés par an dans le cadre d'un rythme de 35 heures hebdomadaires.
05Rémunération
La rémunération prévue pour ce contrat d'apprentissage est de EUR 850-1,500 par month.
