En tant que Lead Applied AI, votre rôle sera de participer à la conception et au développement de solutions de GenAI - en mode projet sur mesure ou en mode produit - à fort impact auprès de nos clients, de leurs utilisateurs et de la société.
02→ Vos responsabilités
Contribuer et être référent techniquement à la réalisation de projets de GenAI ou non générative, depuis le simple POC à la mise en production de système multi-agents à l'échelle industrielle
Être moteur dans gestion du projet et de la relation client
Être garant de l'expertise technique sur les projets sur lesquels vous intervenez
Participer au développement de projets internes transverses : revues de code d'autres projets, partage d’expérience, montée en compétences de Data Scientists plus juniors, …
Continuer à progresser en équipe et à faire progresser l'équipe en partageant votre expérience !

✅ Must have
Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de haut niveau en IA
Connaissances théoriques génériques en Machine Learning et Deep Learning dont GenAI
Expériences techniques de réalisations concrètes en GenAI
Niveau d'Anglais courant (niveau C1), pour mener les projets auprès de clients internationaux.

Capacités de communication et relationnelles, de gestion de relation client
Expérience en MLops, déploiement et monitoring de solutions
Une première expérience en encadrement d'équipe / de juniors
