01UNGDOMSCOACH • STÖDBOENDE I UPPSALA
Vill du göra verklig skillnad i unga människors vardag? Rätt stöd söker engagerade ungdomscoacher som vill arbeta kväll & helg i vårt stödboende.
02Om oss
Vi tar emot ungdomar, främst 16-20 år, som behöver fortsatt kvalificerat stöd efter exempelvis HVB, familjehem eller SiS. Vi arbetar strukturerat utifrån socialtjänstens uppdrag, individuella behovsbedömningar och tydliga planer. Delaktighet, omtanke och synliga framsteg är centrala delar av vårt arbete.
Vårt stöd fokuserar på ADL, boende, sysselsättning och social samvaro.
03Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som ungdomscoach skapar du trygghet, tydlighet och struktur i ungdomarnas vardag. Du ger individuellt anpassat stöd med exempelvis matlagning, städning, skolarbete, fritidsaktiviteter och myndighetskontakter. Du samverkar med bland andra socialtjänst, god man, skola och föreningsliv samt deltar i behovsbedömning, planering och uppföljning av stödinsatser.
04Vi söker dig som
· är trygg, stabil och har god förmåga att både samarbeta och arbeta självständigt
· har relevant utbildning, exempelvis socionom, socialpedagog, beteendevetare eller behandlingsassistent
· har god svenska i tal och skrift samt B-körkort
· gärna har erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga; kunskaper inom MI, ART, KBT eller lösningsfokuserat arbetssätt är meriterande
05Om tjänsten
Extraarbete på timbasis med schemalagda pass på kvällar och helger. Individuell lönesättning. Utdrag ur polisens misstanke- och belastningsregister krävs. Tillträde snarast enligt överenskommelse.
