01Unser Kunde
Für ein großartiges mittelständisches Produktionsunternehmen im Großraum Stuttgart suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Controlling. In einem kleinen, spezialisierten Team verbinden Sie Ihre Expertise in der Kostenrechnung mit der Nähe zum Werk. Als betriebswirtschaftliche Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie unmittelbar mit den Verantwortlichen der Produktion zusammen.
02Ihr Wirkungsbereich
Sie übersetzen Zahlen, Daten und Fakten aus dem Werk in Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
Für die Produkte übernehmen Sie die Kalkulation und gehen den Material- und Herstellkosten auf den Grund.
Bei Fragen zur Kalkulation in SAP sind Sie fachliche Ansprechperson; dazu gehört auch die Ermittlung von Tarifen.
Sie untersuchen Kostentreiber und analysieren Produktionsabweichungen und diskutieren diese als Business Partner mit der Werks- und Produktionsleitung.
Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen arbeiten Sie mit und unterstützen auch bei Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen.
Sie bereiten Berichte und Abweichungsanalysen auf, erläutern die Ergebnisse und entwickeln das Berichtswesen weiter.
Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen, Systemen und IT-Reporting-Strukturen mit.
03Das bringen Sie mit
Mehrjährige Praxis im Controlling; Erfahrung im Werkscontrolling eines produzierenden Unternehmens ist besonders willkommen.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, insbesondere rund um Kalkulation, Tarifermittlung und Prozesse; erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP S/4HANA sind ein Plus.
Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung und ein fundiertes Verständnis dafür, wie Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling ineinandergreifen.
Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eine hohe Fähigkeit, Lösungen für komplexe Fragestellungen zu finden.
Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Fachbereiche wie die Werksleitung für Veränderungen zu gewinnen.
