This is not a job. It is a factory to build.
Isembard is looking for operators who want to own and run a factory producing precision components for aerospace, defence, energy and frontier technology. Your business, with our brand, standards, operating playbooks and MasonOS behind it.
It suits two kinds of people: machine-shop owners who want to scale inside a network, and operators who want to build a manufacturing business from the ground up. Location is flexible.
01About Isembard
Isembard is building a network of high-performance factories for critical industries. We combine advanced machine tools, robotics and our own software, MasonOS, to make precision components for aerospace, defence, energy and frontier technology companies. Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.
02What you'll own
The business itself, including its economics. You will build and lead a local team and set the standard it works to, hold quality, delivery and customer responsiveness against the network's requirements, own the relationships in your market, and run day-to-day execution on MasonOS. Isembard provides the system; the results are yours.
03Who this is for
People who want the responsibility of ownership rather than the title. Manufacturing punishes vagueness: small mistakes become expensive quickly, and slow communication costs trust faster than a missed date does. Prior manufacturing experience matters, particularly if you already run a shop, but judgement, urgency and following through matter more. You should be comfortable being accountable for outcomes you cannot delegate.
04What Isembard provides
Brand and network support, MasonOS, operating playbooks and processes, onboarding and training, and access to experienced manufacturing, operations, software and commercial teams. You bring the ownership. We bring the system.
05Not quite ready to own a factory?
Tell us on the form. If the franchise route is not right for now, we can consider you for roles at Isembard instead.
