Als FDE arbeitest du direkt beim Kunden und baust Lösungen, die im Alltag wirklich laufen:
Du analysierst Prozesse und Systemlandschaft und findest heraus, wo KI echten Nutzen bringt.
Du entwickelst Agenten, KI-Assistenten, RAG-Systeme auf Unternehmensdaten oder Workflow-Automatisierungen und integrierst sie in bestehende Systeme.
Du begleitest die Einführung, dokumentierst sauber und schulst die Teams.
Was sich bewährt, nehmen wir in unser Portfolio auf.
03Was du mitbringst
Praktische Erfahrung im Entwickeln, mit Code oder Automatisierungstools
Die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
Strukturiertes, vernetztes Denken
Neugier und Freude am Lernen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
04Einsteiger und Quereinsteiger willkommen
