MANAGEMENT ANALYST (QUALITY ASSURANCE)

You will design plans and conduct workload measurement studies for work performed by the QA Department primarily by use of the Technical Data Management (TSM) database system.,You will identify and work to resolve complicated substantive problems affecting the QA operations program and its requirements.,You will lead information management studies and advises the QA Director of the results.,You will review QA workload data information reports to simplify, combine and eliminate duplication.
