01Mission

Help keep Qonto’s Bonne Nouvelle HQ running smoothly for our Paris teams. Working side by side with our Hospitality Manager, you’ll handle day-to-day workplace operations and support Agathe on workplace projects. Expect about 70% daily operations and 30% project assistance, with real responsibility and guidance along the way.

Start date: As soon as possible 📍 Paris-based, fully on-site. Remote is not available for this role.

02➡️ What you’ll do

  • Keep the site running: Work in tandem with Lindsay, our Hospitality Manager. Do office rounds, talk to Qontoers, and track issues until they’re resolved.

  • Follow up our service providers: Check cleaning and security tasks, share feedback, and escalate to Agathe when needed.

  • Support event logistics: Help with practical setup and make sure cleaning and security teams have the right information before and after each event.

  • Keep operations organized: Update Notion documentation, create purchase orders, follow up invoices, and support basic budget tracking.

  • Learn through project support: Assist Agathe on workplace project coordination tasks alongside your core operational work.

03➡️ What we’re looking for

  • You communicate clearly in French and English: You ask questions early, flag issues, and adapt your updates to colleagues and providers.

  • You’re organized and reliable: You follow through, care about details, and can mix on-site tasks with admin follow-up.

  • You have a service mindset: You enjoy helping people and making a workplace welcoming. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or office operations is a plus.

  • You’re hands-on and adaptable: You like being on-site, work well in a team, and stay calm when priorities change.

  • You’re ready to learn: You’re comfortable with shared digital tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace) and eager to grow in operations and project coordination. No specific academic background required.

04➡️ What we can offer you

  • Practical Workplace experience: See how a large headquarters runs, from provider coordination to operational administration.

  • Real responsibility, with support: Own agreed operational tasks while learning from Agathe and working closely with Lindsay.

  • Exposure across teams: Work with many Qontoers and external partners, building your communication, service, and coordination skills.

05➡️ Your future manager

You’ll report to Agathe Voulfow, our Head of Workplace and Internal Events, who will also be your mentor. Agathe has spent more than a decade running workplace and facilities operations, at LinkedIn, Uber and OpenClassrooms before joining Qonto in 2024. She leads with trust and autonomy, is inclusive and supportive, and values proactive communication. You’ll also meet weekly with her and Lindsay to align on priorities and your learning.
