02Sie übernehmen, wenn andere nicht mehr weiterwissen im Microsoft Ökosystem
In dieser Rolle tragen Sie Verantwortung für strategisch wichtige Microsoft-Initiativen wie Azure-Migrationen, M365-Rollouts, Dynamics-Implementierungen oder hybride Cloud-Architekturen, genau dann, wenn sie ins Stocken geraten.
Als erfahrener Project Manager mit technischem Microsoft-Fokus analysieren Sie die Ursachen, führen souverän durch Eskalationen, kennen sich im Vertragswesen aus, kommunizieren auf C-Level und setzen gezielte Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung und Neuausrichtung um.
Dabei steuern Sie komplexe Softwareentwicklungs- und Integrationsprojekte im Millionenbereich mit hoher technologischer Tiefe, und sorgen dafür, dass Microsoft-Lösungen genau das liefern, was sie versprechen: echte Wirkung, nachhaltige Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
03Qualifikation
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Microsoft-Projekte
Führungserfahrung in größeren, interdisziplinären Teams (25+ Personen)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmethoden (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) sowie im Vertrags- und Eskalationsmanagement
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Reisebereitschaft
