Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens im Münchner Süden suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „HR Business Partner (m/w/d)“.
02Aufgaben
- Als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) betreuen und beraten Sie Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und Österreich über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg
- Zudem verantworten Sie Recruiting und Onboarding und beraten Führungskräfte bei arbeitsrechtlichen, organisatorischen und personellen Fragestellungen
- Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie Talent-, Performance- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und unterstützen bei Mitarbeiterbindung, Nachfolgeplanung und Change-Prozessen
- Zusätzlich steuern Sie HR-Reportings und Personalkennzahlen, unterstützen bei jährlichen Performance- und Gehaltsprozessen und stellen eine hohe Qualität der Personaldaten sicher
- Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Payroll, Finance, Betriebsrat und internationalen Ansprechpartnern zusammen und entwickeln bestehende HR-Prozesse und Strukturen pragmatisch weiter
03Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet ein Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftspsychologie beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner (m/w/d), HR Manager (m/w/d) oder Personalreferent (m/w/d) mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Retail-Umfeld
- Wichtig sind fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Personalbetreuung und im Recruiting sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und HR-Prozessen
- Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie sicher mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bringen eine hohe IT-Affinität mit und kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie überzeugen durch Eigeninitiative, Beratungskompetenz und Organisationsstärke sowie eine pragmatische, strukturierte und diskrete Arbeitsweise
