01IT-Support Client Management (m/w/d), München | Vollzeit
Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „IT-Support Client Management (m/w/d)“.
02Aufgaben
- Als IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Arbeitsplatzsysteme und Anwendersoftware und sorgen für eine zuverlässige IT-Unterstützung der internen Mitarbeiter
- Zudem unterstützen Sie den ServiceDesk bei IT-Anfragen, technischen Störungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen
- Darüber hinaus betreuen und optimieren Sie das Clientmanagement, die Benutzerverwaltung und die Softwareverteilung
- Zusätzlich setzen Sie IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen im Bereich der Arbeitsplatzsysteme um und entwickeln die Clientumgebung kontinuierlich weiter
- Dabei dokumentieren Sie technische Abläufe und Lösungen
03Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder IT-Administrator (m/w/d) in der Betreuung von Microsoft-Arbeitsplatzsystemen mit
- Wichtig sind sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Clients und Anwendersoftware sowie Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilung und Benutzerverwaltung
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über Erfahrung mit ServiceDesk-Systemen und bringen Kenntnisse im IT-Sicherheitsmanagement mit, Kenntnisse in Baramundi und Jira sind von Vorteil
- Sie überzeugen durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Teamorientierung
