Als Entrepreneur in Residence arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründer und unseren Teams zusammen. Du springst zwischen den Bereichen und packst bei den Projekten mit an, die dich am meisten reizen: Marketing, Operations, Produkt, Customer Experience, Data oder Finance.
02Was das konkret bedeutet
Projekte managen: Du treibst mehrere Projekte parallel voran, mit Leuten aus dem Team und mit externen Partnern.
Playbooks bauen: Du verbesserst Prozesse im ganzen Unternehmen und machst sie mit AI-Tools schneller, damit wir skalieren können, ohne im selben Maß zu wachsen.
Die Zahlen kennen: Du analysierst Daten aus Marketing, Shop und Operations und hilfst uns, bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Die Roadmap umsetzen: Du unterstützt die Teams im Alltag und bei den Projekten, die gerade am meisten zählen.
Das ist kein Praktikum, bei dem du Recherche-Ordner füllst. Du verantwortest das Ergebnis.
03Qualifikation
Was du mitbringst
→ Richtig viel Drive und Belege für außergewöhnliche Leistung, egal ob beruflich, sportlich, akademisch oder anderswo
→ Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
→ Du kannst Excel bzw. Sheets: Du baust Modelle, denen andere vertrauen
→ Slides, die auf den Punkt kommen, und strukturiertes Denken
→ Du greifst lieber zum Telefon, als zehn Mails zu schreiben, auch bei Lieferanten in anderen Zeitzonen
→ AI-Fluency: Du nutzt Claude, ChatGPT und Co., um doppelt so schnell zu sein
→ Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
→ Erfahrung in Consulting, VC oder Startups ist ein Plus
