01Was du machst
PALU ist in Deutschland und Österreich etabliert, jetzt bereiten wir den nächsten großen Wachstumsschritt vor: einen neuen Markt. Als Founders Associate übernimmst du das Projekt, das darüber entscheidet, wie wir ihn angehen. Du baust die Lieferkette für den neuen Markt auf und prüfst, ob unser Business Plan für die Expansion aufgeht.
Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Gründer, bekommst ein klares Ziel und bestimmst den Weg dorthin selbst. Am Ende steht eine belastbare Antwort, auf die wir eine Investitionsentscheidung bauen.
02Was das konkret bedeutet
Lieferkette aufbauen: Du findest und qualifizierst internationale Hersteller, Spediteure und Fulfillment-Partner und verhandelst mit ihnen.
Jeden Kostenpunkt kennen: Du baust ein Landed-Cost-Modell mit Produktion, Fracht, Zöllen, Lager, Last Mile und Retouren. Danach weißt du, was uns ein Bett im Zielmarkt wirklich kostet.
Business Plan validieren: Du gleichst Annahmen mit echten Angeboten ab, rechnest Szenarien durch und sagst klar, wo der Plan hält und wo nicht.
Risiken früh erkennen: Produktsicherheit, Zertifizierungen, Zölle. Du klärst, was wir wissen müssen, bevor es teuer wird.
Investor-ready machen: Du erstellst Modelle, Tabellen und Slides, mit denen wir die Expansion vor Investoren vertreten.
Das ist kein Praktikum, bei dem du Recherche-Ordner füllst. Du verantwortest das Ergebnis.
03Qualifikation
Was du mitbringst
→ Richtig viel Drive und Belege für außergewöhnliche Leistung, egal ob beruflich, sportlich, akademisch oder anderswo
→ Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
→ Du kannst Excel bzw. Sheets: Du baust Modelle, denen andere vertrauen
→ Slides, die auf den Punkt kommen, und strukturiertes Denken
→ Du greifst lieber zum Telefon, als zehn Mails zu schreiben, auch bei Lieferanten in anderen Zeitzonen
→ AI-Fluency: Du nutzt Claude, ChatGPT und Co., um doppelt so schnell zu sein
→ Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
→ Erfahrung in Consulting, VC oder Startups ist ein Plus
