01IT Medewerker, Eerste Lijns Service Engineer
Ben jij die IT-held die energie krijgt van het helpen van mensen, houdt van virtuele omgevingen en SaaS-oplossingen, en een passie heeft voor techniek? Dan zouden we zomaar eens een match kunnen zijn.
02Wie zoeken we?
We zijn op zoek naar een Eerste Lijns Service Engineer / Servicedesk Medewerker die klanten op een vriendelijke én deskundige manier verder helpt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij IT-vragen of problemen . Zo weet je bijvoorbeeld wat het verschil is tussen een TAC en TAC 2 LAN netwerk of je kan rechten correct toewijzen in SharePoint. Je registreert en bewaakt meldingen in het systeem en zorgt voor een tijdige opvolging.
Daarnaast weet precies hoe je iemand geruststelt, duidelijk communiceert en snel tot de kern van het probleem komt. Tot slot wordt je soms ook betrokken bij installatie van hardware en software migraties. Een diverse en uitdagende functie dus.

03Wie zijn wij?
Welkom bij Progression IT. Wij zijn een hecht en ambitieus IT-bedrijf uit Terneuzen, Zeeland. Al sinds 2005 helpen we onze klanten met slimme, veilige en toekomstgerichte IT-oplossingen. We doen dat met een enthousiast team van 25 collega’s, stuk voor stuk vakmensen met hart voor hun werk én voor elkaar.
Onze focus ligt op cloud- en hybride omgevingen. We werken met moderne tools en technologieën en zijn ISO27001-gecertificeerd. Dat betekent dat veiligheid bij ons geen bijzaak is, maar standaard in alles wat we doen.
En minstens zo belangrijk: naast hard werken, vinden we het ook belangrijk om lol te hebben. Zo lunchen we dagelijks samen (op kosten van de baas), ligt er altijd vers fruit klaar, en sporten we wekelijks onder begeleiding van een personal trainer. Een of twee keer per jaar trekken we eropuit voor een teamuitje, gewoon, omdat het gezellig is.
04Wat ga je doen?
🔹 Klanten telefonisch en op afstand ondersteunen (±70%) 🔹 Complexere IT-vraagstukken oplossen (±20%) 🔹 Meewerken aan migraties en installaties van hardware (±10%)
Kortom, je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen, het oplossen van incidenten en het uitvoeren van wijzigingen. Je zorgt voor een tevreden klant door je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) met je goed humeur en klantgerichtheid.

✔️ MBO niveau 3 of 4, of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau
✔️ Kennis van Microsoft 365, Windows10/11, Windows Servers & Office 365
