  • Develop scripts and tools to automate analysis.
  • Partner with engineers in design, verification, and implementation to build our hardware.
  • Work on and shape solutions making use of your knowledge while also learning and further developing your skills.

Above all, you should be curious about how hardware works and eager to learn. No prior professional experience is necessary as those are built by collaborating with experienced engineers.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

03Qualities that will help your application stand out

  • Understanding of digital hardware and hardware description languages, for example, SystemVerilog or VHDL.
  • Basic understanding of computer architecture.
  • Experience working with programming or scripting languages such as Python.
  • Understanding of low-power build concepts.
  • Knowledge of Physical Implementation, synthesis, Place & Route, or static timing analysis.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning or AI fundamentals.
  • Knowledge/Interest in building AI workflow agents.

You’ll receive a starting salary of SEK 545,000 (Bachelor level) or SEK 555,000 (Master level), alongside a comprehensive rewards package. As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognising your growth.

You can also attend our "Grad-teach-Grads" workshops, guest speaker series, and social events to expand your knowledge. If you'd like to get more involved, you can join the Graduate Committee to further develop your planning, networking, and coordination skills.

You’ll be invited to our Global Graduate Conference (GGC), an annual event where graduates hear from executive leaders, guest speakers, and build lasting connections.

With many of our leaders and technical specialists having originally joined as a Graduate, will you be next?
