Jetzt suchen wir ab dem 15.11.2026 eine:n Marketing Praktikanten/-in (m/w/d). Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern an Wachstum, Marketing-Operations und umsatzsteigernden Initiativen. Das ist kein klassisches Praktikum, es ist deine Möglichkeit echte Verantwortung zu Übernehmen und echte Impact auf unseren Wachstum zu haben.
01Aufgaben
Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen mit aufsetzen, testen und auswerten
Funnel- und Conversion-Kennzahlen analysieren und daraus Verbesserungen ableiten
Leadgenerierung ausbauen, zum Beispiel über LinkedIn
Unser CRM (HubSpot) pflegen und verstehen lernen
Wiederkehrende Abläufe automatisieren, etwa Content-Planung, Reporting oder Lead-Erfassung (z. B. mit Make, Zapier, n8n)
Neue KI-Tools testen und bewerten, ob sie im Team echte Zeit sparen
Optimieren von GEO & Sichtbarkeit in KI-Suchen
02Was du mitbringst
Du studierst bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder Ähnliches
Du arbeitest eigenständig, kommunizierst klar und packst Dinge an
Verständnis für Automatisierungs-Tools (z. B. Make, Zapier) und KI Tools (z.B. Claude)
Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
03Nice to have
Erste Erfahrung in Performance Marketing oder Growth-Projekten
Erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot)
Erste Erfahrung mit Lead-Generation-Plattformen (z. B. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
