02Was dich erwartet
Als Senior Software Engineer / Developer arbeitest du an unserem Produkt Teambox, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Product und Operations. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, Features ganzheitlich zu denken, zu implementieren, zu testen und auszurollen, stets mit Blick auf Usability, Performance und Stabilität. Dabei hast du viel Freiraum, eigene Schwerpunkte zu setzen und neue Ansätze auszuprobieren.
03Aufgaben
- Qualität & Testing: Automatisierte Tests, Code Reviews und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Code-Qualität & DX.
- APIs & Integrationen: Weiterentwicklung unserer APIs (REST/GraphQL) und Anbindung externer Services.
- Betrieb & Monitoring: Verantwortung für stabile, sichere Releases; Troubleshooting entlang unserer CI/CD-Pipelines.
- Collaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design & Product, kurze Feedback-Loops, daten- und nutzerzentrierte Entscheidungen.
04Qualifikation
- SaaS-Erfahrung: Idealerweise hast du bereits an einem SaaS-Produkt gearbeitet, das am Markt etabliert ist.
- AI-Knowhow: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung darin, KI von Anfang an gezielt als Treiber im Entwicklungsprozess einzusetzen.
- Stack-Fit: Solide Programmiererfahrung in gängigen Sprachen, idealerweise PHP und JavaScript/TypeScript (z. B. React/Vue).
- Qualität & Pragmatismus: Dein Code ist wartbar und durchdacht, ohne „Gebastel“, aber mit Sinn für gesunden Pragmatismus.
- Testing & CI/CD: Routine mit automatisiertem Testing sowie Continuous Integration/Delivery.
- API-Kompetenz: Erfahrung mit REST- und GraphQL-APIs.
- System-Basics: Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Linux-Servern und containerbasierten Setups.
- Neugier & Lernfreude: Du entwickelst dich gerne weiter und probierst neue Technologien reflektiert aus.
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit: Freude am Ergebnis und positives Nutzerfeedback sind deine Motivation.
