01Über Hearr Media UG
hearr macht Erotik zum Hören. Auf hearr.me entstehen mit KI personalisierte erotische Audio-Geschichten, zugeschnitten auf die Fantasien jeder einzelnen Person. Wir sind ein kleines Gründerteam und suchen eine Person, die unsere Social-Media-Kanäle betreut und regelmäßig selbst vor der Kamera steht.
02Deine Aufgaben
Du sprichst regelmäßig in die Kamera, erklärst, wie hearr funktioniert, und greifst Fragen rund um Fantasie und Sexualität auf
Du entwickelst und produzierst Content für Instagram und TikTok, z. B. Talking Heads, Q&As und kurze Reels
Du betreust die Profile, planst und veröffentlichst Inhalte und reagierst auf Kommentare und Nachrichten
Du stimmst dich eng mit unserem Team ab und bringst eigene Ideen für Formate ein
03Das bringst du mit
Du fühlst dich vor der Kamera wohl und wirkst natürlich und nahbar
Du sprichst offen, entspannt und mit Humor über Sexualität, ohne plump zu werden
Du hast Erfahrung mit Social Media und Content-Erstellung und kannst Videos selbst drehen und schneiden
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
Du hast kein Problem damit, öffentlich mit einer Marke für erotische Inhalte in Verbindung gebracht zu werden
Solltest du nicht alle Punkte zu hundert Prozent erfüllen, freuen wir uns trotzdem über deine Bewerbung.
04Vergütung
Für diese freiberufliche Tätigkeit im Umfang von 4 Monaten und wöchentlich 8 Stunden bieten wir eine Vergütung von EUR 25-30 per hour.
05Deine ersten Monate bei Hearr Media UG
In den ersten Wochen lernst du hearr und unsere Community kennen, übernimmst die Kanäle und setzt erste eigene Formate um. Gemeinsam schauen wir, welche Inhalte funktionieren, und bauen darauf auf. Läuft es gut für beide Seiten, verlängern wir gerne.
