Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it's a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design-we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.
We're looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you'll help us lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across diverse briefs-from fast-turnaround sprints to global, multi-channel campaigns-while driving studio operations and process improvements. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
02What You'll Be Doing
You'll be joining the Creative Studio team. Reporting into the PMO Lead, you'll work alongside Creative, Campaign, Design, and Creative Operations functions to power our in-house marketing and creative output.
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
03Campaign & Project Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative briefs-ranging from high-volume growth marketing and CRM sprints to complex, multi-market campaigns including AV and TVC.
- Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing budgets and resources to ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
04Stakeholder Leadership & Traffic Management
- Act as the primary contact for projects, building strong relationships across internal teams and partner agencies while keeping everyone aligned on goals and milestones.
- Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, manage sprint scheduling, and allocate resources based on team capacity.
05Operations & Process Improvement
- Own key PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to make studio operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
- Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and adopting AI-enabled creative production workflows in partnership with our Creative AI Technologist.
06Risk Mitigation & Team Mentorship
- Identify project risks early and implement effective solution strategies to keep work moving smoothly without compromising quality.
- Motivate and guide creative project teams, sharing best practices across the PMO and supporting less experienced project managers and freelancers.
07Essential
- Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns within an in-house studio or creative marketing agency.
- Proven ability in resource management, capacity planning, and traffic management for high-volume, fast-turnaround performance and growth marketing assets (paid social, CRM, in-app).
- Deep understanding of creative operations, including intake flows, studio tooling (e.g., Asana), project documentation, and process optimization across local and global markets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, mitigate risks proactively, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
08Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and adoption strategies into creative production and studio workflows.
- Experience managing and onboarding external agencies or freelance resources.
