Unser Affiliate-Programm wächst, und du sorgst dafür, dass es dabei rund läuft. Im Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Team betreust du Partnerschaften im Tagesgeschäft, baust effiziente Workflows auf und hilfst dabei, Reichweite und Performance unserer Brand dauerhaft auszubauen. Außerdem unterstützt du beim Ausbau unseres Creator-Netzwerks und bei kleineren Influencer-Kooperationen.
Unser wachsendes Affiliate-Portfolio hast du im Blick. Mit effizienten, automatisierten Workflows sorgst du dafür, dass alle Partnerschaften optimal gesteuert werden.
Das Screening neuer Affiliate-Bewerbungen, die Anlage von Partnerschaften in unseren Systemen (u. a. GoAffPro) und saubere, aktuelle Daten liegen in deiner Verantwortung.
Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Affiliates pflegst du den regelmäßigen Kontakt per E-Mail und kümmerst dich eigenständig um laufende Anliegen.
Auch das Erstellen von Rabattcodes, korrektes Tracking und die saubere Zuordnung unserer Affiliates gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
Du suchst neue Affiliate-Influencer und unterstützt bei der Betreuung kleinerer Creator und Kooperationspartner.
Darüber hinaus packst du bei kreativen Projekten und organisatorischen Themen im Team mit an und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Abläufe laufend zu verbessern.
Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert, vorzugsweise für eine Marketing-Richtung.
Interesse an Influencer-, Affiliate- oder Performance Marketing bringst du mit, idealerweise auch schon erste Erfahrungen damit.
Mit Zahlen und Details fühlst du dich wohl, und Google Sheets nutzt du sicher.
Tools wie Asana, Notion und Gmail kennst du idealerweise bereits, und in neue Systeme findest du dich schnell ein.
Auch bei vielen Aufgaben gleichzeitig arbeitest du strukturiert und eigenständig, behältst Deadlines im Blick und gehst offene Themen von dir aus an.
Mit Affiliates, Influencern und Kooperationspartnern kommunizierst du schnell, freundlich und professionell.
